  • Phone consultations before and after booking the event

  • In person meetings to plan and discuss the event(one year out and one month out)

  • Unlimited emails and calls throughout the planning process

  • Vendor recommendations for all other event needs

  • Set up of decor items provided by the client

  • A detailed day-of timeline for you, your family, and your vendors

  • Coordinate and manage the rehearsal run through

  • End of the night clean up for personal items requested by the client


We also offer planning hours for any extra needs your event may have at an added cost.
